Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. To assist with your claim, we require that you send us a clear image of the damaged item as soon as the parcel arrives. This image should include the item and any damage visible on the packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Buyer’s Remorse
